30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.


To qualify for a return:

  1. The item should be in the same condition you received it (unworn or unused)
  2. It should be in its original packaging
  3. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase


How to return your item:
Simply reach out to us at info@islauniverse.com and we’ll guide you through the process. You have two convenient options:

  1. Prepaid Return Label:
    We can provide a pre-paid label. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund for the full purchase price minus the original shipping cost. (It also applies to the customer who had the free shipping purchase.)
  2. Ship Directly:
    You can also send the item back to us on your own. Once it arrives safely, we’ll refund the full purchase price.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll be happy to take care of it for you — replacements or refunds for damaged or incorrect items are always free of charge.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
